Chicken Kabab

Chicken kabab is a well known moghlai recipe. Now you can make it in your kitchen. It’s very easy. Look the recipe below.

Chicken Kabab



Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken (250 to 300 gms)
  • Hung Curd (1 tbsp)
  • Cornflour (2 to 3  tbsp)
  • Ginger Paste (1 inch)
  • Garlic Paste (8 to 9 cloves)
  • Green Chilli Paste (1 tsp) 
  • Black Pepper (1 tsp)
  • Vinegar (1 tbsp)
  • Ghee
  • Salt 


Instructions

  1. Add the cornflour in a cup of water and keep the mixture aside for later use.
  2. Wash the chicken properly and cut them into medium size.
  3. Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper and vinegar and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. After that add cornflour mixture, curd, ginger- garlic-green chilli paste and 1 tbsp of ghee into marinated chicken pieces.
  5. Mix them well.
  6. Then cover the bowl and refrigerate it for about 7 to 8 hours.
  7. After 8 hours brush the ghee in a pan and melt it. 
  8. Then add the chicken pieces and swallow fry on medium flame until it turn into golden brown in colour.
  9. Serve hot chicken kabab with salad.
