- Boneless Chicken (250 to 300 gms)
- Hung Curd (1 tbsp)
- Cornflour (2 to 3 tbsp)
- Ginger Paste (1 inch)
- Garlic Paste (8 to 9 cloves)
- Green Chilli Paste (1 tsp)
- Black Pepper (1 tsp)
- Vinegar (1 tbsp)
- Ghee
- Salt
Instructions
- Add the cornflour in a cup of water and keep the mixture aside for later use.
- Wash the chicken properly and cut them into medium size.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper and vinegar and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes.
- After that add cornflour mixture, curd, ginger- garlic-green chilli paste and 1 tbsp of ghee into marinated chicken pieces.
- Mix them well.
- Then cover the bowl and refrigerate it for about 7 to 8 hours.
- After 8 hours brush the ghee in a pan and melt it.
- Then add the chicken pieces and swallow fry on medium flame until it turn into golden brown in colour.
- Serve hot chicken kabab with salad.
