Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Lollipop Recipe


Ingredients
  • Chicken wings (cut into lollipops)
  • Curd (1 cup)
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste (2 to 3 tbsp)
  • Red Chilli Powder (1/4 tsp)
  • Coriander powder (1 tsp)
  • Soya Sauce (3 to 4 tbsp)
  • Salt
  • Egg (one)
  • Oil
  • Dried Red Chilli (6 to 7 whole)
  • Lemon Juice (one)
  • Maida (1 tbsp)
  • Cornflour  (1 tbsp)

Instructions
  1. At first make a smooth mixture of curd, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dried red chilli, soya sauce, egg, salt and lemon juice.
  2. Pour the mixture in a large bowl and add maida & cornflour and mix properly.
  3. Dab the mixture over all the chicken pieces. 
  4. Then cover the bowl  and  keep it in the fridge for 6 to 8 hour.
  5. After that heat the oil in a frying pan and deep fry the chicken pieces on medium or low flame till it cooked well.
  6. Serve hot with Sauce.
