Chinese Vegetable Chowmin

Chinese Chowmin is an all time favourite dish for all. It is very easy to cook and you can serve it within few minutes. It’s ingredients are so simple & available.

Chinese Vegetable Chowmin



Ingredients

  • Noodles (2 cup, boiled)
  • Garlic (2 tsp, chopped finely)
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli (2 whole dry, broken into small pieces)
  • Cabbage (3/4 cup, shredded)
  • Carrot (1/2 cup, chopped)
  • Capsicum (1/2 cup, chopped)
  • Spring Onions White (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Spring Onion Green (chopped, for garnish)
  • Oil
  • Salt


Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan on high flame and add garlic & dry kashmiri red chilli and stir fry for few seconds.
  2. Then add cabbage, carrot, capsicum and spring onion white and cook them on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. After that add boiled noodles & salt, mixed them well and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Then remove the pan from the oven & garnish with spring onion green and serve hot.
