- Noodles (2 cup, boiled)
- Garlic (2 tsp, chopped finely)
- Kashmiri Red Chilli (2 whole dry, broken into small pieces)
- Cabbage (3/4 cup, shredded)
- Carrot (1/2 cup, chopped)
- Capsicum (1/2 cup, chopped)
- Spring Onions White (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Spring Onion Green (chopped, for garnish)
- Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan on high flame and add garlic & dry kashmiri red chilli and stir fry for few seconds.
- Then add cabbage, carrot, capsicum and spring onion white and cook them on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
- After that add boiled noodles & salt, mixed them well and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Then remove the pan from the oven & garnish with spring onion green and serve hot.
