Ingredients
- Paneer (500 grms, cut into cubes)
- Onion (1 large size, cut into sliced)
- Ginger Paste (2 tbsp)
- Garlic Paste (2 tbsp)
- Tomato (5 to 6 chopped)
- Red Chilli Powder (1 tsp)
- Coriander Powder (1 tsp)
- Coriander seeds (2 tbsp, crushed)
- Dried Red Chillies (2 to 3, broken)
- Cinnamon (1 to 2 inch)
- Cloves (2 to 3)
- Bay Leaves (2 to 3)
- Salt
- Sugar
- Kasoori Methi (1/2 tsp)
- Butter
- Oil
- Fresh Cream (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- At first add oil and butter in a pan and heat it & add bay leaves, cinnamon, clove, dry red chilli and crushed coriander seed and fry for few seconds.
- Then add sliced onion and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until golden colour.
- After that add ginger paste & garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
- After that add coriander powder, red chilli powder and chopped tomato and cook them on high flame till oil separate. Mash the mixture.
- Then Heat butter in another pan and add mash mixture & cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes add paneer, salt, sugar and 1 cup water. Cook them on low flame for 5 minutes with a lid.
- Then sprinkle kasoori methi and mix them.
- Then Remove the pan from the oven and add fresh cream. Serve with nun.
