- Carrot (1/2 kg, grated)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Sugar (3/4 cup)
- Ghee (2 to 3 tbsp)
- Green Cardamom Powder (a pinch of)
- Cashews and almonds (Roasted)
Instructions
- At first heat the ghee in a pan then add carrots and fry them on medium flame until get nice smell.
- Then add milk and cardamom powder and mix & cook.
- When the milk evaporates add sufficient sugar.
- Then simmer until the milk is with carrot (Stir continuously).
- When all moisture evaporates removes it from the oven and garnished with roasted cashew and almonds.
