Ingredients
- Mushroom (1 cup, chopped)
- Onion ( 2 tbsp, finely chopped)
- Corn Flour or Plain Flour (2 tsp)
- Milk (1 ½ cups)
- Butter (2 tsp)
- Salt
- Black Pepper Powder
- Basils (for garnish)
Instructions
- At first add milk and 2 cups of water in a sauce pan and boil them. Keep aside for further use.
- Then heat butter in a another sauce pan and add onions and fry it on medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes
- After that add mushrooms and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Then add corn flour or plain flour and cook them for few seconds.
- Now add milk-water mixture and stir and cook them without any lumps on medium flame for 3 to 4 minute.
- Then add salt and black pepper powder and boil for a minute until thick.
- Then remove it from the oven and garnish with basils.
