Creamy Mushroom Soup

Mushroom soup is good for health. It’s not only healthy but also delicious. It is an easy recipe. Just try and serve hot.

Creamy Mushroom Soup



Ingredients

  • Mushroom (1 cup, chopped)
  • Onion ( 2 tbsp, finely chopped)
  • Corn Flour or Plain Flour (2 tsp)
  • Milk (1 ½ cups)
  • Butter (2 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Basils (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. At first add milk and 2 cups of water in a sauce pan and boil them. Keep aside for further use.
  2. Then heat butter in a another sauce pan and add onions and fry it on medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes
  3. After that add mushrooms and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Then add corn flour or plain flour and cook them for few seconds.
  5. Now add milk-water mixture and stir and cook them without any lumps on medium flame for 3 to 4 minute.
  6. Then add salt and black pepper powder and boil for a minute until thick. 
  7. Then remove it from the oven and garnish with basils.
