Chicken Manchurian

Chicken Manchurian is a delicious Chinese recipe. For try this just look below and make it. It’s very simple.

Chicken Manchurian




Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken (300 gms)
  • Garlic Cloves (4 to 5 chopped finely)
  • Egg (1, beaten)
  • Tomato Sauce (4 tbsp)
  • Chili Garlic Sauce (3 tbsp)
  • Capsicum(1 big size chopped)
  • Spring Onion(1 small bunch chopped finely)
  • Lemon (1/2)
  • Pineapple (4 slices chopped)
  • Salt 
  • Black pepper 
  • White pepper 
  • Worchester Sauce (2 tbsp)
  • Flour (2 tbsp)
  • Cornflour (2 tbsp)
  • Oil



Instructions

  1. At first put chicken in a bowl & add chopped garlic, white & black pepper, egg, salt, oil & Flour. Mix well and deep-fry it in hot oil .
  2. In a other pan heat oil then add cloves of chopped garlic & fry it. After that add capsicum, green onion & saute it. 
  3. Then add pineapple and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. After that add fried chicken, tomato sauce, chili garlic sauce, salt, black & white pepper. Mix and stir it well, Then add 1 cup of water & cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Then add worchester sauce. Mix cornflour in little water & put it into the gravy, stir  & cook it for few minutes till it thickens.
  6. At last add some drops of lemon juice. Serve hot with fried rice.
