Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken Pieces (500 gms, cut into medium sizes)
- Onion (1 Chopped)
- Ginger and Garlic paste (1 tbsp each)
- Green Chillies (2 to 3 Chopped)
- Egg White (1 to 2)
- Cornflour
- Salt
- Vinegar (2 tsp)
- Lemon Juice (1 tsp)
- Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- Chat Masala
- Oil
Instruction
- At first add vinegar and salt to the chicken pieces and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Then add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, cornflour, egg white and mix them well.
- Then cover and keep it in the fridge for 30 to 45 minutes.
- After that heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces.
- Sprinkle the chat masala and if you want add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot chicken pokora with salad and sauce or chatni.
