Chicken Pakora recipe

It is a very popular snack. It is very easy to make just try it and enjoy this yummy chicken pakora with sauce or chatni.  
             
Chicken Pakora

                   
Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken Pieces (500 gms, cut into medium sizes)
  • Onion (1 Chopped) 
  • Ginger and Garlic paste (1 tbsp each) 
  • Green Chillies (2 to 3 Chopped)
  • Egg White (1 to 2)                                        
  • Cornflour
  • Salt
  • Vinegar (2 tsp)
  • Lemon Juice (1 tsp)
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • Chat Masala
  • Oil 


Instruction

  1. At first add vinegar and salt to the chicken pieces and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Then add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, cornflour, egg white and mix them well.
  3. Then cover and keep it in the fridge for 30 to 45 minutes.
  4. After that heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces.
  5. Sprinkle the chat masala and if you want add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot chicken pokora with salad and sauce or chatni.
