Ingredients
- Deboned Fish (any fish with a firm flesh or use prawns, 250gms cut into small size cubes)
- Cornflour (3 tbsp)
- Ginger & Garlic Paste (1 tbsp each)
- Black Pepper Powder (1 tsp)
- Onion (1 big size, cubed)
- Capsicum (1 big size, cubed)
- Tomato Sauce (1 tbsp)
- Soya Sauce (1/2 to 1 tsp)
- Green Chilli Sauce (1 tbsp)
- Spring Onion and Coriander leaves (A small bunch , chopped finely)
- Salt
Instructions
- At first make a thick batter of cornflour, ginger & garlic paste, salt, pepper powder and water.
- Dip the fish pieces in this batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown
- Drain it and keep aside for later use.
- In the same oil add the onions & capsicum cubes. When these start to turn pink, add the ginger and garlic paste & saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Turn the fire into high flame. Add the soya sauce, chilli sauce & tomato sauce and mix well and reduce heat.
- After that add the fried fish pieces.
- Mix well & cook on low flame. Then mix some cornflour in a small bowl of water, without lumps.
- Add the mixture into the pan & cook until the sauce thickens.
- At last add chopped coriander leaves or spring onions for garnish. And without delay Serve hot.
