Mixed Vegetable Soup

Soup is always healthy food for all. This mixed vegetable soup is very tasty and healthy. Cook it in your home and serve hot.

Mixed Vegetable Soup



Ingredients

  • Tomato (4 chopped)
  • Cabbage ( 2 to 3 tbsp, chopped)
  • Capsicum (2 tbsp, chopped)
  • Onion (2 tbsp, chopped)
  • Bay Leaves (1 to 2)
  • Oil (2 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Butter (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a sauce pan. Add onions and fry for 1 to 2 minute.
  2. Then add the vegetables like tomato, cabbage, capsicum, bay leaves and 6 cups of warm water and boil for 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. After that add salt and black pepper for taste.
  4. You can also add butter but not necessary.
  5. And serve hot.
