Ingredients
- Tomato (4 chopped)
- Cabbage ( 2 to 3 tbsp, chopped)
- Capsicum (2 tbsp, chopped)
- Onion (2 tbsp, chopped)
- Bay Leaves (1 to 2)
- Oil (2 tsp)
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Butter (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a sauce pan. Add onions and fry for 1 to 2 minute.
- Then add the vegetables like tomato, cabbage, capsicum, bay leaves and 6 cups of warm water and boil for 5 to 6 minutes.
- After that add salt and black pepper for taste.
- You can also add butter but not necessary.
- And serve hot.
