Mixed Fried Rice

Mixed fried rice is a very famous recipe and everyone likes this to eat. Cook it in your kitchen it’s very easy.

Mixed Fried Rice



Ingredients

  • Basmati Rice ( 2 cups)
  • Water  ( 4 cups)
  • Cooked Chopped Carrot Capsicum Beans & Peas ( ½ cup)
  • Cooked Chicken, Prawns & Egg ( ½ cup each item)
  • Soya Sauce  (1 tbsp)
  • Butter or Ghee ( 3 tbsp)
  • Oil
  • Lemon Juice ( 2 tsp)
  • Salt


Instructions

  1. At first boil the water and keep it aside. Soak the rice in water for 25 minutes. Then Drain out the water completely.
  2. Add butter or ghee in a pan and melt it then add rice for frying. When the rice starts cracking add boiled water, lemon juice and salt. When the water is dried and rice is cooked well then remove the pan from fire.
  3. After that add oil in another pan and heat it.  Then add cooked vegetables (carrot, capsicum, beans and peas), chicken, prawns and egg. Add Soya sauce and stir for 5 to 6 minutes. At last add the rice and mix it well. Serve hot delicious Mixed Fried Rice.
