Chilli Chicken

Everyone likes Chinese food especially chilli chicken is all time favourite recipe for all. Now you try this in your home and surprise your family. Enjoy chilli chicken with fried rice.

Chilli Chicken



Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken (Breast 250 grms)
  • 1 Egg white
  • Salt (1 tsp)
  • Cornflour (2 to 3 tsp)
  • Soya Sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Tomato Sauce (2 tbsp)
  • Red Chili Sauce (2 tbsp)
  • White Vinegar (1 tsp)
  • Ginger Paste (1/2 tsp)
  • Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
  • 1 Sliced Big Onion  
  • Capsicum Cut Into Big Cubes (1/2 cup)
  • Green Chillies (1 to 2)
  • Green Coriander  & Green Onion For Garnish
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. At first marinate the chicken with egg white, salt, red chilli sauce and cornflour. And mix well & keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Then mix red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce & white vinegar in a bowl and keep aside.
  3. After that add oil in a pan and heat it then fry the marinated chicken separately for 2 to 3 minutes. Don’t over fry the chicken otherwise it will get hard.
  4. In a other pan add oil and heat it then add ginger & garlic paste fry till golden colour. Then add sliced onion, capsicum and green chillies and stir fry on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes to keep their crunchiness. Don’t over cook the vegetables.
  5. After cooking the vegetables lower the flame and add sauces mixture and some water and mix well.
  6. When the gravy will slightly thick & dry, remove the pan from fire.
  7. At last add chopped green coriander & green onion for garnish and serve it hot.
