- Boneless Chicken (Breast 250 grms)
- 1 Egg white
- Salt (1 tsp)
- Cornflour (2 to 3 tsp)
- Soya Sauce (1 tbsp)
- Tomato Sauce (2 tbsp)
- Red Chili Sauce (2 tbsp)
- White Vinegar (1 tsp)
- Ginger Paste (1/2 tsp)
- Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
- 1 Sliced Big Onion
- Capsicum Cut Into Big Cubes (1/2 cup)
- Green Chillies (1 to 2)
- Green Coriander & Green Onion For Garnish
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- At first marinate the chicken with egg white, salt, red chilli sauce and cornflour. And mix well & keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Then mix red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce & white vinegar in a bowl and keep aside.
- After that add oil in a pan and heat it then fry the marinated chicken separately for 2 to 3 minutes. Don’t over fry the chicken otherwise it will get hard.
- In a other pan add oil and heat it then add ginger & garlic paste fry till golden colour. Then add sliced onion, capsicum and green chillies and stir fry on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes to keep their crunchiness. Don’t over cook the vegetables.
- After cooking the vegetables lower the flame and add sauces mixture and some water and mix well.
- When the gravy will slightly thick & dry, remove the pan from fire.
- At last add chopped green coriander & green onion for garnish and serve it hot.
