Kadai Mushroom

Mushroom is very healthy & tasty. Try this kadai mushroom. It’s really very yummy dish and easy to cook.

Kadai Mushroom



Ingredients

  • Onion (1 large size cut cubed shape)
  • Tomato(1 large)
  • Sliced Mushrooms 
  • Capsicums (1 large size cut cubed)
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste (1 ½ tbsp)
  • Kasuri Methi (½ tsp)
  • Garam Masala (½ tsp) 
  • Turmeric Powder (a pinch of)
  • Coriander Leaves ( for garnishing)
  • Oil 
  • Red Chillies (2 to 3)
  • Coriander Seeds (1 tbsp) 
  • Cashews (10-12) or Cream (¼ cup)


Instructions

  1. At first roast dry coriander seeds and red chilies until crisp, then blend them make a fine powder.
  2. Heat a pan with oil and add the powder and fry till you get a good smell.
  3. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes, salt and turmeric powder and cook till soft.
  5. Then add onions, capsicums and mushrooms and cook them. 
  6. After that sprinkle kasuri methi and garam masala.
  7. Cook for few minutes till mushrooms are done.
  8. For gravy add cream or cashews paste (cashews and water) and stir well. Let the gravy reaches thick. 
  9. Then switch off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
