Lemon Chicken

It’s really very tasty and light recipe. Now you can make it in your kitchen. Try this tasty lemon chicken and serve hot with fried rice. Surely you will like it most.

Lemon Chicken



Ingredients

  • Skinned & Boned Chicken Breasts
  • Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) 
  • Flour (1/3 cup)
  • Butter (4 tbsp)
  • Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Salt
  • Chicken Broth (1/4 cup) 
  • Lemon Juice (1/4 cup) 
  • Lemon Slices (8 to 9)
  • Fresh Parsley Leaves (1/4 cup chopped)
  • Lemon Slices (Garnish) 


Instructions

  1. At first Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise. Place the chicken pieces between two sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap (flatten to 1/4-inch thickness) using a rolling pin or flat side of a meat mallet. Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper. Lightly dredge chicken in flour and shaking off excess.
  2. Then add butter and olive oil in a large pan melt it over medium flame. Cook the chicken pieces for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until it turn golden brown. Transfer chicken to a serving plate.
  3. After that add broth and lemon juice to pan. Stir & cook it till sauce is slightly thickened then add lemon slices.
  4. Remove the pan from heat and add chopped parsley leaves and remaining butter, and stir them until butter melts. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.
