Peas Kochuri

It is a very popular recipe in India. You can serve it in all functions. It is so simple. Try this in your kitchen and serve with aloo dom.


Peas Kochuri


Ingredients
For Dough

  • Maida (2 cups)
  • Salt
  • White Oil (2 to 3 tbsp)
  • Warm Water

For Stuffing

  • Green Peas (2 cups)
  • Ginger (1 inch)
  • Green Chillies (2 to 3)
  • Cumin Seeds & Coriander Seeds (2 to 3 tbsp, roasted and grinded)
  • Salt
  • Sugar


Instruction

  1. At first make a smooth paste of peas, green chillies and ginger with little water.
  2. Then add roasted and grinded cumin and coriander seeds, salt and sugar. Mix them properly.
  3. After that fry the paste to make stuffing and keep it aside.
  4. Then make a dough using maida, salt, oil and warm water and keep it aside for 1 to 2 hours with cover.
  5. After that cut small balls from the dough and put stuffing into the balls and roll them with some oil to make small disk.
  6. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry them and put on tissue Paper.
