Sweet Corn Chicken Soup

Sweet corn chicken soup is a healthy and tasty recipe for all. It is very easy to cook. Make it and serve hot.

Sweet Corn Chicken Soup



Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken (100 grms)
  • Salt (as required)
  • Ajinomoto (a pinch)
  • 1 Egg (separated)
  • Pepper Powder (1 tsp)
  • Sweet Corn (1/2 tin of canned)
  • Cornflour (2 tbsp)


Instruction

  1. Boil the chicken with small pepper powder, salt & slice it.
  2. In a pan add 5 soup bowls of water.
  3. Then add ajinomoto & salt and let it for boil.
  4. After that add the shredded chickens into the water & mix it well.
  5. Then add corns and mix it.
  6. Then add the cornflour in a 1/2 a cup of cold water & mix it carefully.
  7. Then add the cornflour mixture into the pan and mix slowly stirring well.
  8. Let it boil well and stir it well watch the thickness.
  9. Last add the egg white and stir it well.
  10. After that get a large hole sieve & strain the egg in to the soup.
  11. Without delay serve hot with pepper powder.
